Description
This evaluation session is based on the Youthpass strategy.
NFE Tools for evaluation: Logbook, which is a mix of the activities “Captain’s log” and “learning journal” in the “Youthpass Unfolded” Manual.
At the end of each activity, participants are asked to reflect and answer the questions “What have you learnt from the others? Or what have you learnt about yourself?”.
At the end of the Module, participants have the time to go through their learning steps from previous activities and they are asked to summarize what they think are the most important learning outcomes for them. The result of this reflection will be used by participants to describe their learning outcomes in their Youthpass.
The evaluation session supported the development of self-reflection skills of participants on their personal development and learning outcomes.
Tips
The trainer should support participants’ reflection, but always encouraging them to self-reflect and self-evaluate.
The activity can be adapted for longer training courses, by having an evaluation session at the end of each working day of the course.
